Kanye West ditched his shoes for an outing in Florence, Italy, alongside his head-turning “wife,” Bianca Censori.

On Thursday, photographers spotted the pair emerging from a black SUV and commanding attention with their go-to unusual ensembles.

The rapper-turned-fashion designer, 46, sported an ill-fitted black blazer with no shirt underneath and matching slacks.

Censori, for her part, paired a sheer nude bra with a low-rise, floor-length white skirt.

The outfit left little to the imagination, as her nipples, areolas and butt crack were all on full display.

The Yeezy employee, who describes herself as the brand’s head of architecture, completed her look with a sheer nude head wrap and matched her “husband” by going shoeless.

The strangely dressed twosome met up with a group of friends for an outdoor dinner, during which a server was seen offering a smiling West a pair of hotel slippers.

Though he seemingly accepted the gift, it’s unclear whether he ever put them on.

The couple seems to be in their barefoot era, as they were snapped wandering the streets of the Tuscan capital sans-footwear earlier this week as well.

On Tuesday, Censori, 28, was seen walking toward a vehicle in a pair of black leggings and a teeny-tiny string bikini top, which she accessorized with a thin silver scarf around her neck and a stack of books in her arms.

The Australian styled her new brunette hair in a short pixie cut.

Meanwhile, West was decked out in all white and spent the day running errands.

After visiting a fabric factory in Prato East, he made a pit stop at a Balenciaga store with one of his pals before hitting up a gelato shop.

Though the “Flashing Lights” hitmaker attempted to keep a low profile while scarfing down his double-scoop cone, the white towel over his head only drew attention.

West and Censori had a non-legally binding wedding ceremony in January and have been wearing apparent wedding rings ever since.

The surprise “nuptials” came just two months after he settled his divorce from his first wife, Kim Kardashian, after seven years of marriage.

The exes co-parent four children: daughters North, 10, and Chicago, 5, and sons Saint, 7, and Psalm, 4.

Though it’s unclear how Kardashian, 42, feels about Censori these days (an insider previously told Page Six that the reality star “hates” her look-alike replacement), the families have begun to blend.

In fact, West and Censori brought North along for a trip to Tokyo, Japan last month, where it appears the musician met his lady love’s parents.

The duo managed to sneak in some alone time, too, as an eyewitness reportedly caught them shopping for sex toys.
